Basic hotel at nice cetral location with beautiful view over the market square. However, very noisy due to (drunken) people on the street.

The Hotel and the room and the staff are all very nice. The only reservation is about the noise in the street nearby at night.

Very strategic location! The hotel is very near to the Schloß, and also near to the city center. There's a cheap overnight parking nearby. The room is big, the bathroom is clean and large. There's just the noise of the tram passing by that might be disturbing for some people. But overall, a comfortable place to stay.

I highly recommend. The hotel and the rooms are impeccable. The staff were friendly and informative. The breakfast room is on a lovely terrace and had a great selection of hot and cold food. The hotel itself is very well located and the price is reasonable.

Friendly staff, very good location and the terrace has a beautiful view of the schloss (that i recommend visiting also the garden) all that with a honest price. Only reallly bad thing is that there is no air conditioning (but they say so and you pay a bit less if compared to other hotels), so if you go in the summer be prepared for veeery hot nights or choose another place.

Overall an unpleasant experience at the downstairs bakery, slighly frustrated staff, poor communication, especially on behalf of an elderly employee, who didnt speak English and was raising her voice at us for not being able to understand German. Too bad since the food, pastries and drinks were quite nice and fairly priced.

All in all ok. Street train is noisy even with closed windows. They provide earplugs. Room was clean and nice. Curtain/shutters closes completely! If you arrive after 10pm you have to ask for key placement. Breakfast was ok. Friendly staff.
