Eine Bestellbestätigung liegt mir vor. Am 16.07. wurde mir per Mail exakt von dieser Mitarbeiterin mitgeteilt, dass es keine Eisbären mehr gibt.
Am 20.07 habe ich dann, ebenfalls online, einen Teller (Unikat) gekauft und bezahlt. Als ich ihn am 24.07. persönlich abholen wollte, wurde mir (erst) vor Ort gesagt, dass der Teller anderweitig verkauft wurde, weil die Verknüpfung des Onlineshops mit dem Inventarsystem des Ladengeschäfts nicht funktioniert. Das Geld für beide Käufe erhielt ich erst nach massivem Druck am 27.07. zurück.
Wer nicht fähig ist, ein Geschäft inklusive Onlineshop zu führen, sollte mindestens eins davon einstellen. Konsequenzen aus diesen Vorfällen scheint es keine zu geben und der Geschäftsführer ist nicht zu erreichen.
