If you are spending time in Karlsruhe, this is good for a couple of hours. I especially liked the view from the tower.

There are many great museums in Europe. This is not one of them.

Unless you have a special interest, this museum can be safely skipped.

That said, the current special exhibit, "Goddesses of Art Nouveau", is pretty awesome.

This was a fabulous experience, huge museum 3 floors, the tower visit was awesome, the garden grounds was beautiful of course, naturally its wonderful.
Its a must see in KARLSRUHE.

The Art Nouveau Exhibition is a must see. But I'd not pay extra money to climb up the tower.

The museum is inside the palace and it is quite nice. At the entrance you can find a booklet in French and English which translate the text in German. The topics are very interesting and we'll explained. We went up the tower, so proud we did it because the view is wonderful ! We really see the axes on which the city was built on ????

Large museum with, amongst others, a very large collection of ancient art work, including Egyptian, Greek and Roman masterpieces, very well exhibited.

Nice exhibition especially about the Baden area but unfortunately a lot of information was not translated into English. Difficult for foreigners to experience the museum…
