Ridiculous!
I've visited this place 02/07/22 around 3pm-4pm.
Brunnet woman waiter was super rude.
She doesn't know what is customer service and I'll never visit this place again because of her.

Cannot pay by card if you want just 2 coffees. No flat white on the menu.

The nicest staff ever, the perfect place to have a break from your day, great view over the schlossgarten, nice cakes, good drinks, and then their pizza; probably one of the best pizzas in Karlsruhe.
Definitely my favorite place in the fan city.

Firstly, we were given extremely vague instructions, assuming that we knew where the table assigned to us without asking for a preference (since we would have preferred to sit inside). With an ice chocolate (the sweetest drink out of everyone surrounding us), we were seated right next to the flowers, causing there to always be 3-5 bees around our table and flying into our drink. On top of that, the staff was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful to us, and the drink was slightly overpriced.

(P.S. We could speak decent German, therefore asking for our preferences would not have been a problem if they had thought about it)

You will get a table number where you are supposed to sit but somehow some customers do not stick to the number and take a sit wherever they want to sit. First of all i searched around my table and when i found my table some customers were already sitting there. So, i had to go to another empty table which was not mine.

There should be better service in terms of giving seats.

Absolutely fantastic guys. I really enjoy the whole experience. I came here at castle a couple of times . Once for a tour and I finished enjoying the caffetteria and the amazing cakes( what a variety!) and the other time I came back specifically for lunch .. staff was very friendly , food was great and the atmosphere was just lovely. Don’t miss out on this . Thanks for everything... see you next year
