What an enormous park, and so beautiful. We could use a few more benches to sit on and relax a bit, especially when it's hot, as it was the case. But, appart from that, it's such a lovely park: you see green everywhere, people laying on the grass or by the lake enjoying the sun, and it's just by the city centre. It's like a haven of nature and calmness where you don't hear traffic sounds and you can relax and go for a nice walk ????
The botanical gardens are also worth a visit, they are so pretty and the flowers are really well chosen and extremely beautiful!

Magic place. No matter how many ppl there are there, you still feel the silence and serenity with nature. Cute small train goes through the park (the station is on the left from the entrance), huge lake with swans, great spielplatz. Highly recommended

A beautiful place to visit any time of the year right behind the Karlsruhe Schloss.

Free entry, easy parking most days. Plenty of space to roam around or chill.

Can get noisy in the summer with people smoking and partying nearby so be sure to pick a spot that suits your type of crowd so you enjoy yourself and allow others to have fun outdoors as well.

Bathroom use is limited, so identify the areas near you before you have too much beer.

Many festivals here at different times if the year have been put on hold because of corona, but likely to come back soon!
