Besonders positiv bleibt die Parkinson-Komplex-Therapie in Erinnerung, welche endlich(!) zu einer deutlichen Verbesserung der Symptome geführt hat.

Missstände sind nicht zu Übersehen.Meine Mutter war stationär auf der Kardiologischen Abteilung,deren Pflegekräfte wenig Lust haben,den Patienten in den Vordergrund zu stellen.Bettpfanne wurde erst 24 Stunden nach dem verrichten geleert.Nach 2 Tagen ohne Essen zu bekommen,wurde durch einen Angehörigen Essen besorgt.Nach Nachfragen,das Fenster zum Lüften zu öffnen wurde entgegnet,das Sie als Patientin hier gar nichts zu Sagen hat.Meine Mutter wurde 5 Tage lang nicht gewaschen,nicht geduscht,nicht die Zähne geputzt,das meine Schwester dann nach 5 Tagen selbst in die Hand genommen hat.Auf die Nachfrage nach einem Becher oder einer Nierenschale,zum Putzen der Zähne,wurde meiner Schwester gesagt,eine Nierenschale haben wir nicht,aber las Ersatz wurde dann eine Bettpfanne gebracht.Eine Krankenschwester braucht man dort nichts Fragen,man bekommt die Antwort,macht jemand anderes.Man kommt als Besucher dort hin und die Schwestern,Pfleger laufen wortlos an einem vorbei und auf Fragen bekommt man dann die Antwort,ich habe keine Zeit.Aber dann zu dritt auf dem Balkon stehen und eine Zigarette rauchen.Zustände wie sie schlimmer nicht sein könnten.Das Krankenhaus hat nicht einmal einen Stern verdient,aber den muss man ja setzen,sonst kann man keine Rezesion schreiben.Solche Missstände müssen der Ärtzekammer,dem Betreiber,den Krankenkassen gemeldet werden.Das hat nichts mit Pflegenotstand zu tun,das hat was mit der persönlichen Einstellung der Personen zu tun.Das einzig positive waren die beiden Auszubildenden,die aber nichts negatives Sagen dürfen,aus Angst,ihren Ausbildungsplatz zu verlieren.Also mein Fazit als Besucher war,so schnell wie möglich die Mutter aus diesem Krankenhaus holen und einen anderen Platz finden.
In dem Pflegeheim,wo meine Mutter sich jetzt befindet,sind wesentlich mehr Patienten,mit wesentlich weniger Personal,aber freundlich,nett und sie kümmern sich um ihre Patienten.

Das Personal ist super freundlich, wie das Küchenteam auch . Die Arzte leisten hervorragende Leistungen und sie nett und zuvorkommend und fachlich sehr kompetent.
