I can't believe that some Fitness Club using the name of SRH can be so pathetic in Contracts and transparency of Membership, literally the worst experience of Membership contract I have ever had, no proper policy to cancel the membership even though they have an automatic End Date written on their Contract they will still deduct money from your account. When entire world was In Lockdown, No gym was open(we understand this) but deducting money after lockdown is lifted and not opening the gym was something I can't agree.

The staff especially the Trainers and Mentors are really nice people but the way the CONTRACT signing and CONTRACT TERMINATION is handled is totally pathetic.
I would urge everyone to beware of the Contract from Day 1 and get a Copy of it. Ask for written signed note for the Cancellation Policy and exact End date and notice period.

The swimming pool here is very poor and the quality of management is very poor. As a member, I have been scolded by managers for no reason twice. Then they explained that I could not go swimming in the pool while class was in progress. I had never heard of it when I signed the contract, nor had I heard other staff members tell me. I think the swimming pool should be used for swimming instead of other weird dance courses in the water. Secondly, customers here often enter the water without taking a shower, resulting in a variety of body odors and strange perfume smells.

Awesome facilities ! All in one for a very reasonable price. Neatly maintained and friendly staff.

This is not review, just the update that the facility is open again after Covid-19. Nevertheless, courses do not (yet) take place (as of June 2020), more info is expected by the end of the month.

Cost vary from 7€ to 36€ depending on packages and if you are SRH student /employee
