Beautiful four star hotel. It has a gym and sauna in the top floor which are available almost all day. Breakfast has a great variety and you can also ask stuff from the menu (mainly different kinds o eggs and pancakes). Healthy and lactose intolerant options are also available. Bike rental is too expensive in my opinion, but they do have the option and in a vintage red color.

Water from the tap tastes funny, and they give you bottled water with gas. Room is comfortable and bed is big. No mini fridge in the room or vending machine in the hotel for midnight snacks. It's not a very convenient location.

Very nice and comfortable hotel, also has a gym and sauna. Rooms and especially the breakfast are pretty expensive though. It's quite far form the city centre and there aren't any restaurants in the neighbourhood. However, they offer bicycle rental that makes moving around much easier.

Lovely place with cozy and clean rooms. I would definitely recommend it. As well as checking in if coming back. It's silent and peaceful, very much like the hotels in the mountains, although it is in the town.

Friendly, clean and staff willing to accomodate your needs (for example checking in a bit early). Small but adequatly equipped gym, did not use or see other facilities. The Nespresso machine with an entire box of flavours to try is a nice addition to have. Only downside would be the parking which is too small and a bit too far away.

It was okay. Average hotel. I was a little weirded out why there is a tablet with a camera facing the bed in every room, right on the nightstand. Who thought that would be a good idea? Seems like a serious privacy issue to me, intentional or not.

Very good hotel in a quiet locality. It is located in SRH University campus. The rooms are big and clean. Every room has a tablet for all functions. The staff is nice and friendly. The breakfast has lot to offer and delicious. People actually come here just to have breakfast. If you are a University student then you get a discount for your relatives or parents which was the case with me. I would definitely love to stay here whenever I visit Heidelberg.
