Die Billanz 111,30 euro, für 2 Personen, zwei Gläser Wein, ein Glas Apfelsaft, zwei Vorspeisen und zweimal Hauptgang,es war von uns geplant noch Dessert zu bestellen aber bei der Qualität des zubereiteten Essens haben wir beschlossen nichts mehr zu bestellen.
Näher beschrieben: Die Waldpilzessenz ist kräftig aber zu salzig,die 2 Ravioli vom Fasan sind ordentlich aber keine wirkliche "kochkunst", der brotstick mit preiselbeeren und maronencreme ist delikat.
Das Thunfischfilet ist lecker aber der karotten-koriandersalat ist unter aller würde eines Küchenchef,wirklich absolut unterste kochschublade,kein esprit,schmeckt halber wie Heu.
Das 2erlei vom Salzwiesenlamm war in Ordnung die Keule war lauwarm,und die Schulter war auch in Ordnung aber da kam schon wieder die Salzkeule um die Ecke.
Leute:das Salz kann ein gutes Essen verderben,der Geschmack bleibt weg.
