Besides the wonderful staff, this was among the very top restaurants we experienced during out two week trip to Germany and French. Certainly the best in Heidelberg. Very strongly recommend it, lovely views of the castle, especially when it is lit up at night. Don't miss it during your stay in Heidelberg.

There is no better spot to spend a wonderful an evening with your loved ones than this place .. It has a charm you do not find in other places. The owner is a gentleman .. and the staff are so friendly and very polite. The food and drinks are amazing .. The experience worth every penny spent .. Good job and bravo to the owner and staff .. I loved being there ..

Both of our pasta dishes were very good. Our tickets indicated reserved outdoor seating but we ended up having to sit inside due to a large party, which lessened the quality of the views as the boat moved along the river

5 stars for a very special evening on the Patria where we enjoyed a delicious Italian buffet, and a relaxing cruise along the beautiful old town of Heidelberg. Thanks to the wonderful athmosphere and the caring staff, we could simply enjoy being together with colleagues who did not meet for a long time or not at all.

Beautiful and magnetic place. I totally love it. You can take a nice pictures in your heart, while having a tasty meal. The cuisine is very good. It's very, very romantic and also great if you want to impress colleagues or partners with a special dinner.
