Really excellent location next to the train station. Rooms are a little dated. There is no bar open but drinks are available in a fridge in reception. Breakfast was good though not enough seating. Customer service was excellent, all questions and help needed was offered enthusiastically. Recommended

Great hotel with friendly staff, As a coach driver I get to stay in all sorts of hotels. Only stayed for 1 night 07.07.22 Room was clean u0026 fresh with a nice compact bathroom with good quality soap u0026 shower gel (I always bring my own but will try out the hotel’s bathroom products when available) equally breakfast was very tasty u0026 fresh with good quality ingredients on offer. Trains are a little loud if you are trackside, but overall a very pleasant stay u0026 very close to city center. I will stay here again for sure!

Good location, and soundproof windows. I did not enjoy the temperature in the room, it was too chilly and I haven't found any way to regulate it. As well the carpeting material probably is not the best choice for the room floor, hard to clean and you never know whether it is clean... I personally enjoyed the staff, extremely friendly and welcome you at any time.

Located very closely to the central station.
It's just like all Ibis Hotels, nothing bad to say about the bedrooms, it's very quiet at night, except when the freight train passes by, but for me it was very entertaining to hear the trains.
The staff was very friendly and the service was fast.

Extremely small rooms for two person. Didn't expect the rooms to be this small after paying a decent amount. Right next to the Bahnhof, it is indeed super convenient. Breakfast was not included in the room charge and had to pay €12 per day but the breakfast spread was quite decent. The staff were very friendly but it all boils down to how good the rooms are which was super disappointing.

The room (two people) stank as we arrived. The towels smelled bad and were dirty on some parts. In some of the corners were spiders. Hygiene is lacking.

The staff is friendly but nothing special. Furthermore I expect it to be loud as it is located next to a train station, however, the hall is also loud at times which can be infuriating.

For what it has to offer it is rather pricey. I would recommend to stay at any different hotel if you plan on staying for a longer period of time.

A nice clean hotel that puts on a nice varied breakfast. Rooms are very small and tight for space which was a big let down. It's situated beside the train station near the center of Heidelberg City. There's air conditioning and sound proof windows.
