The location of this hotel was very convenient…about 300-400 metres from the train station. It was very easy to walk there with our bags. There are some nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with our questions. Our room was very nice, with an updated bathroom. The only suggestion for improvement is to extend the glass in the shower to keep the floor from getting so wet.

Stayed here for two nights in early August 22. The room we were given had a broken window frame and the window would not tilt. The window shutter had been removed and the curtains did not close and the room was about 40 deg. The windowsill was covered in dead wasps. I requested a room move but was offered a broken fan that the receptionist tried to repair with tape. We then requested a refund but that was denied. We packed up ready to leave and went to hand our key in. We were at this stage (90 min later) offered an alternative room. In the new room the window mechanism was broken, the chair was broken and the tv had no channels. I would not recommend this place at all. €30 for a small dog for two nights.

At first the review was quite good because the rooms are okay for short time and its close to the Hbf even though its old doors and windows that sometimes dont work… But, when you have to ask for your consumer right to cancel or postpone the room due to medical reasons, the manager was very rude, didnt want to help in any way even though the staff was very nice and trying to help with communication.
Not recommended if you really have any other choice.

the place seems torn from stories. The helpful and attentive young receptionist also maintains the atmosphere. I recommend.

The rooms looks like it's been renovated recently, so it looks comfortable and spacious.

The main problem, it's that everything smells of cigarette smoke even though it's not allowed on the premises. Since it's after 10pm there is no one to complaint to.
Clearly other guests smoke into the bathroom vents and the whole room stinks of smoke, the smell it's now on my clothes and lugagge and the worst it's in the bathroom, had to completly lock that door.

There's supposed to be a non smoking policy but I guess for some guests that's just a suggestion.

Recently renovated room, close to the hbf. Bad internet connection service. Curtain cannot cover the complete window. No mini bar. Far away from the zentrum.

Nice and affordable hotel. The room was spacious, with everything necessary provided. Bathroom and shower are a bit tight, but serve the purpose. Clean, 5 stars!
