There was this young lady at counter no. 3 on 16th May around 1PM that attened us. I found her to be very rude.Any questions we asked she angrily answered. She clearly shown that she didn't want to have anything to do with heled providing information. If you do not have service mind, you should go do something else.

Difficult to recommend. Although staff were helpful, we were unfortunately given the incorrect information about which bus to catch which resulted in over an hour of wasted time during our only day in Heidelberg.
