I've been there 2 weeks ago (Mid February 2021) and was very satisfied.
Very kind and helpful staff, her name was Eysha. Also a good choice of fresh donuts, we tried them 2 hours after and they were tasty and soft. I would go there again !

If you value your life ..dont go here ..first off they have no selection ..have posters up with all the food ..but had none of it ..settled for bacon, egg and cheese bagel cause that's all they had ..there grill didnt work ..dont have a microwave, but they served the bacon raw on the sandwich ..didnt have cheese..tried to pass cream cheese for cheese..then wouldnt give me my money back asking me what's wrong with my sandwich ...bacon cannot be eaten raw ..# 1 the egg is frozen cold #2 ..you didnt have cheese ..then when I refused the meal and wanted money back I had to call their manager ..which wasnt there ..the coffee was the worst I threw it out .. no creamer no milk out ..I'm from the states..Germany DnD should be closed down ..they need to sell flying carpets instead..or shoes, anything else ..with German standards I dont know how this place is still open ..

I like Dunkin donuts in general but on the particular day I was passing through, I wanted a freshly prepared bagel. The staff offered me a premade bagel sandwich wrapped in plastic. Yuck! I asked again for a fresh bagel, but she wouldn't make me one. Ridiculous. I left.
