I stayed at the hotel and had dinner at Grill 16 on my birthday. It was fantastic. The food was outstanding and the service was so friendly, warm and welcoming. I even received a special birthday surprise! Dessert was prepared for us to enjoy in our room. Highly recommend a visit to this restaurant. I will definitely be back

So disappointed in the steak…€35 for that and not close to Medium rare….can not recommend. Burger King is a better choice.

Great food, excellent service, very quiet.
The staff really makes the difference, I haven't found friendlier staff in Heidelberg. They have very good quality wine and the food is amazing, we had fish and steak and both were almost perfectly prepared.
Highly recommended restaurant. Expect higher prices too ;)

We’ve been very impressed by the various meals we’ve had here over the past couple of days. From the hotel breakfast to a nice steak dinner with wine service, to ordering at Pinte (the hotel bar) Grill 16’s food has been wonderful. (I echo previous sentiments regarding the chicken caesar salad!)

Brilliant
The steaks we ordered were so delicious and juicy
The waiters speak different languages and they are so kind and helpful
The cheesecake we had at the end was the perfect ending for a perfect dinner
Highly recommend this place

Very nice steak and great service. Nice wine selection too. It is a bit pricy but the 22 euro steak was great ????
