A really wonderful experience at Die Hirschgasse. The hotel itself is in a very quiet location but still an easy walk to the old town, and the room was spacious and nicely appointed. The staff was helpful, friendly and very responsive to any request. The meals here are a special experience starting with the breakfast, which is a good as any I've had in any hotel anywhere, and, of course, the restaurant with great food and flawless service.

A truly splendid stay with wonderful staff. Our dinner was fantastic and breakfast each morning truly memorable. My only small criticism is having paper napkins at breakfast time. This feast deserves better.

My precious husband and I stayed here over 15 years ago while he was training at Heidelberg printer company. It was our first time overseas from USA and in the winter! What a dream staying here and a memory I now cherish since my beloved passed away. Our room was so romantic, the food delicious, the staff delightful. I'm so glad your wonderful establishment is still there! Thank you for the memories!

We stayed in the larger family suites. It was a very beautiful room with cute old fashioned decor. Very comfortable beds. Nice location, within walking distance to Old Heidelberg. The staff was all very friendly.
We highly recommend this hotel and wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Hirschgasse, a very unique hotel. The wonderful breakfast and the service of our waiter were highlights. The rooms were decorated very nicely and the beds and linens were extremely comfortable.

Very pleasant stay. Room was elegantly decorated and the hotel is perfectly located for both walks up the hill and a trip into town/the castle. Breakfast was also a highlight- wish we'd been able to eat at the restaurant but it was full! Gives us an excuse to go back next time.

Great location u0026 facility. Absolutely outstanding special dinner... worth every moment. The most outstanding feature is the kitchen, chef u0026 service staff: each meal, from dinner to the lavish breakfast is superb.

We will stay here on our next visit u0026 encourage you all to do so as well.
