Friendly service and tasty food. The lady at the counter gave one salad and two pieces of sushi for free. Was very kind and patient to take an order. I would definitely recommend for everyone who is traveling through Hanover or living there. Much better quality than one would expect from a main train station.

If you want to eat authentic Sushi and Korean food other than Japanese town in Düsseldorf, here in HANNOVER HBF is the right place. Japanese sushi chef, Korean style food made by Korean, you can feel every bit of authentic taste of origin. Please take it as my honest and fair comments, the best price and performance by far (we had travelled many cities in Germany). Sorry for no picture for the food is so unexpectedly good and we finished everything before we decided to give a good comment.

Sushi rolls are dry and bland no taste.no mixed crab with mayo on the California roll. No taste of rice vinegar to the rice. the tempura sauce is not good just watered down soy sauce, the gyoza sauce was horrible and spicy..all sauces are not traditional Japanese taste. They offer alot but nothing very satisfying. Sushi bar is beside a noisy Turkish donaire bar. Not enough seating. Plus side it's affordable.

Ahh, the quality of the food is just awesome. The side dishes are a real treat. I have been introduced to mildly blanched spinach with soy sauce there, and the flavor was just so unexpected great. The sushi is just the best in all of hannover, although the walk to Tomorrow-sushi 10 mins away might be worth it as the quality is very high as well; and the ambience is more cozy.
