Not the best Nordsee I have ever been in. From the two people working, one of them was rather rude. And they seemed not to comunicate well with each other (there was a mess up with a salmon pasta from another client involved). The fish was kinda cold and the fries were soggy.

Terrible service! I haven’t received a part of my order (ordered 2 meals but receive only 1), tried to call, explain the situation and ask for help. But women in the restaurant hung up and now I can’t call again, nobody asks.

Absolutely terrible customer service, i ordered a hot sandwich and it came to me cold, than upon finishing my meal i was told to leave.... I would understand (kind of) on a busy day, but i was the only one in the food court. Unfortunate upon it being my first food experience in germany i was also told not to take photos :/ I would give a half star if i could

Habe mich nach Jahren mal wieder gefreut schnell mal der NordSee essen zu können und muss sagen hier im Bahnhof werde ich definitiv kein essen mehr bestellen ... Currywurst bestellt gab kein curry mehr mussten Remoulade nehmen . Habe Premium Menü genommen und musste was anderes als alternative wählen Preis blieb bei 13 euro . Zitrone gab es auch nicht mehr. Dann die eine Bedienung kann kaum deutsch und hat mich nur mit Händen und Füßen verstanden. Die andere war zwar freundlich aber die Fachkompetenz fehlte leider auch dort. Das essen war also Katastrophe und die Auswahl genauso , ich kenne Nordsee anders. Nie wieder
