Back Factory is one of those chain bakeries popular in this part of Germany. Not quite the bottom of the market, nor the upper end, but definitely somewhere in between. There's an excellent range of baked goods for both vegetarians, meat eaters and the non too fussy.

I got a Rhine-Westphalia version of a egg mayonnaise sandwich and some kind of cheese roll sandwich. Both were above average.

This branch of Back Factory is located inside Hanover Train Station, so expect the prices to be above average for this chain.

The best Too Good To Go I have ever had. Huge package for 3EUR. Very nice service!

Not really a greatest place to stay for a hourly stay, there are many drunk people (morning noon) talking loudly and shouting on guest. The shop itself is nice and a bit clean, there are pigeons hanging around eating crumbs from the ground. Prices are above average comparing to other Backfactory or Backwerk shops. You might find something to eat or drink for sure. Not a calm place (loud music, people talking loudly)

This shop is always of great help when it is time for having a quick lunch. Prices are very affordable. This one has various snacks compared to smaller shops of the same brand.

This is not a place where to find high quality food, but the shop is efficient and has a large choice of snacks and coffee drinks convenient to buy if you have a little time between or before a train ride.

Good place for a quick or on the go coffee and snacks/break fast. Food quality and spread quite good. Although some billing counter operators are snide and condescending.

The definition of its name. Factory premade sandwiches for the masses.
What shocked me most is how these kind of chains thrive in Hannover and how many of them in such a small radius. Thank the people with no taste
