Incorrect order prepared:
I had ordered green apple green tea. But they messed up my order and made one with Kaffee (coffee) instead. Moreover they are ALWAYS OUT of Tapioca Boba. Very disappointing.
Sadly even the straw is subpar and spilt my drink everywhere when I tried to poke it in.

Service:
Only one person working and one messing up all orders :(
Very slow service despite being in HBF with many customers waiting. They made us wait for 20 minutes just to get one order done. Other places are much more efficient and Swift.

Recommendation: I wouldn't recommend this kiosk for a quick pickup at the station. Plan ahead of time if you want to have bubble tea.

very good brown sugar milk tea !! tapioca and brown sugar taste like best friends who are happy at home in the strong flavored tea! i'm sad i took the ~small~ one because i want more!!! ????????????????????????????????????

Delicious bubble tea.
Warm milk tea was okay-ish.
It takes a little untill they're done but it's worth the wait.

The teas here are awesome tea. My personal choice is strawberry latte with Tapioca and No. 42(Childhood...).

The staff are great. I really would like to thank the staff member who served my order through the other counter when encountered with a peculiar couple who were coughing at the serving counter with their mask off in front me.

I tried the brown sugar bubble tea and here is my review:
1) mainly it just tastes like milk, i couldn’t really taste the tea in it
2) the sweetness of the brown sugar syrup was good (not too sweet)
4) the tapioca was nice and chewy
3) i mainly had an issue with the waiting time (waiting time of 40 minutes) , i’m aware that this is a new project therefore only has limited resources but hopefully this will improve in the future

Awesome place, great to cool off with bubble tea. Staff is super friendly and understanding if you have trouble speaking
