Incorrect order prepared:
I had ordered green apple green tea. But they messed up my order and made one with Kaffee (coffee) instead. Moreover they are ALWAYS OUT of Tapioca Boba. Very disappointing.
Sadly even the straw is subpar and spilt my drink everywhere when I tried to poke it in.
Service:
Only one person working and one messing up all orders :(
Very slow service despite being in HBF with many customers waiting. They made us wait for 20 minutes just to get one order done. Other places are much more efficient and Swift.
Recommendation: I wouldn't recommend this kiosk for a quick pickup at the station. Plan ahead of time if you want to have bubble tea.
