staffs were slow and they didnt even wear masks, the subs were also so messy. opening hour is also not clear, went there twice at around 8 pm but the staffs said they were already closed? such a chaos????????u200d♀️????????u200d♀️

It was a total chaos. We ordered 3 subs and 1 wrap. And here is the feedback:
1. we could finish the order in 30 mins
2. there was a new guy and without any training - he had no clue what to do and asked his colleagues each step - the bread was cold in the process.
3. seeing that he was slow, another colleague joined to support him - but he made everything chaotic
4. no oregano bread (online order was available - no idea why) , no salsa sauce, no chili sauce (this was important because i ordered a chilli chicken wrap and in the last step they said, sorry no sauce.)
5. after we paid for all the stuff, the slow/new colleague finished the last sub. The cash counter guy asked us to pay for the extra sub. And we all were confused. It was already paid :(

Worst experience - totally ruined the Halloween mood. Please do not try this Subway center when you want to have a nice evening. In general Subway is a good brand but the service of this center was very very below expectations.

Sandwich was good and the service was good as well! The "sandwich artist" not putting enough ingredients on the sandwich was the only problem. Example: I asked for spinach, and she only put four leaves of spinach on my sandwich. Had to ask for more twice. And i dont know why they always assume you want your sandwich toasted. But the friendly service made up for it. What else do you want from a subway anyways?

Staff who prepare the sandwiches are working so fast almost in every Subway restaurants, fast work is often followed by carelessness. They put the ingredients inside the sandwich so missed up and all mixed together, at the end the sandwich looks so bad and taste not good.

I hope some one responsible will read this comment and bring a change in this fact

The staff was unfriendly, we could only choose from 1 kind of bread and she was not amused when I translated from my friends. Every time I ordered something extra she was not amused with it. At the drinking tap for cola et cetera there came only a layer of foam and the drinks where diquisting and there was no bubbles on my drinks. After this I wanted to eat and the couch an tables where all dirty. The subs where al mixed up and I got a wrong sub. After eating I saw there came a mouse walking out of the drinking tap. Where I just drank my drinks out. This is zoo disgusting!

Since I am a vegetarian, In Bremen when ever I am hungry then I run for subway for a quick bite, though they have only 2 options for Veg people but still it helps for people like when when hungry. I really like the bread as they are really good and fresh.
