It was a total chaos. We ordered 3 subs and 1 wrap. And here is the feedback:
1. we could finish the order in 30 mins
2. there was a new guy and without any training - he had no clue what to do and asked his colleagues each step - the bread was cold in the process.
3. seeing that he was slow, another colleague joined to support him - but he made everything chaotic
4. no oregano bread (online order was available - no idea why) , no salsa sauce, no chili sauce (this was important because i ordered a chilli chicken wrap and in the last step they said, sorry no sauce.)
5. after we paid for all the stuff, the slow/new colleague finished the last sub. The cash counter guy asked us to pay for the extra sub. And we all were confused. It was already paid :(
Worst experience - totally ruined the Halloween mood. Please do not try this Subway center when you want to have a nice evening. In general Subway is a good brand but the service of this center was very very below expectations.
