Firstly, honesty in price. To explain in more detail: if I buy a machine for over €1300 and at the counter they pretend to give me a 20% discount, it feels good at first until I find out that the device is being offered elsewhere for less than €1000. This is now a classic that I went into, but my intention at the time was that I would have received extensive advice. In retrospect, this was indeed extensive, but not in the least honest. There would have been significantly cheaper machines for my purposes. Now I have a spaceship at home (great part, no question) but I got rid of way too much money for it unnecessarily.
On the other hand, I have to criticize the way customers are treated there. Also explained in more detail:

Die Auswahl ist super, wenn man erstmal einen Überblick bekommen möchte, was es so gibt und was für einen passt (ein Stern). Die Qualität der Ware dort ist auch in Ordnung (zweiter Stern). Leider kann ich mich bei den schlechten Erfahrungen bezüglich Reparatur und Service hier in den Rezensionen anschließen. Allerdings gibt es zwei, aus meiner Sicht, drastischere Mängel.
Zum einen die Preisehrlichkeit. Näher erläutert: wenn ich eine Maschine von über 1300€ kaufe und mir am Tresen was von 20% Rabatt geheuchelt wird, fühlt sich das erstmal gut an, bis man erfährt, dass das Gerät überall anders für unter 1000€ angeboten wird. Das ist jetzt zwar ein Klassiker auf den ich da reingegangen bin, aber meine Intention war damals, dass ich ja auch eine umfangreiche Beratung bekommen hätte. Diese war im Nachhinein zwar tatsächlich umfangreich, aber nicht im geringsten ehrlich. Es hätte nämlich deutlich günstigere Maschinen für meine Zwecke gegeben. Jetzt habe ich zwar ein Raumschiff Zuhause stehen (tolles Teil,keine Frage) aber bin dafür unnötigerweise viel zu viel Geld losgeworden.
Zum anderen muss ich die Art und Weise, wie dort mit Kundeninnen umgegangen wird, bemängeln. Auch das näher erläutert:
Wie schon oben erwähnt gehört die Ehrlichkeit auch dazu. Einer Maschinenunerfahrenen gleich das teuerste Modell aufzuschwatzen ist das Eine, aber etwas Anderes ist es am laufenden Band solche Sprüche fallen zu lassen wie "da ist ne ganz einfache Bedienungsanleitung drin. So einfach, das verstehen sogar Frauen"... ich glaube dazu muss ich nichts mehr sagen...
