Standard, business-oriented 4-star hotel without any toiletry amenities in the bathrooms. The hotel staff were kind and helpful.

Breakfast was a bit lacking for the price.

Most unfriendly reception ever! I recommended to my colleagues to never book this hotel again. The lady at the reception told me to wait for her until she finishes something and never came back to me... her colleague did so 5min later. An absolute no go in Hannover

When I arrived to the hotel my WC from the room was dirty and they were too kind to change me to a better room. The breakfast is nice and the employees are very nice.

Lovely staff, probably by far the most fun and helping I've encountered so far. The room was spacious, clean and modern looking. Airconditioning worked perfectly. Sound blocking from outside could be better but it its not a loud part of the city. The comfy bed got me dreaming within minutes.

Friendly staff, although mostly absent, and very dirty u0026 dusty room. Especially during Corona cleanliness should be a high priority and not below average. The elevator buttons were dirty, the room hasn’t been wiped down properly and let’s not talk about the tv remote... I wouldn’t call this a Four Star Hotel.

Perfect for a trip to Hannover in very convenient location. Friendly staff, rooms are clean and provide everything that is needed.

Very nice hotel. Clean. Very nice bathroom. Good breakfast, though the selection is not as large as in other hotels in the same price range (but who needs honeycombs for breakfast anyway?). Separate beds are an option in the double rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ticket for public transport for the duration of the stay is included. Free and functioning WIFI. Only problem was, that the room was very hot during the night. The air condition did not seem to be able to cool the room to a comfortable temperature.
