good afternoon . very sorry to have to leave a bad comment for your wonderful hotel. at the end of July this year, my family (me, husband and two children (1 year and 13 years old) lived in your hotel in a superior room with extra beds for children. Before checking into the hotel, we made a reservation and asked again, since we have two children, we need one room and extra beds. everything was fine, we really liked being with you, the girl at the reception took her husband's passport, wrote everything down, there were no questions, although they were not there for a long time since they were passing through. on Monday (August 29 ) booked by phone as we are passing through and it is convenient for us to spend the night with children near the station in good conditions. I ordered the same number by phone without any problems. The girl at the reception said that there was no reservation and refused to book one superior room for the family (it was a shame that last time we were booked by the same girl and she remembers us) and today she is in ret what he does did not remember and did not give the last booking and refuses to reserve a room for us I understand that there are 2 rooms for 4 people but we have children and it says on your website that children with extra beds are allowed in one room. it’s a pity that such bad situations happen, there was a sediment for life, as we stay in different hotels and at different levels, believe me much higher than yours, but this is the first time I encounter such disrespect. The evil is not that there is no number, but that the girl who settled us last time refused this time and pretended not to remember or know anything. even the system said that last time there was no reservation for her husband. good thing i was here today if i came with the kids on the day of arrival knowing i had booked and i would have been denied because now it is very disrespectful.
