Food was amazing hot, fresh and well cooked the only reason for me it lost a star was that being disabled the toilets were down 2 flights of stairs

I was disappointed with the food quality, selection and generally taste. It’s a mass quick production not focused on delivering food with some kind of standard, but just on the fun 5-round formula and speed. Yeah it’s fun to be able to select so much food and get full, but the sushi is tasteless, falling apart, rice was overcooked, low fish quality, unprofessional cutting. When it comes to other fillings, in most cases the selection is really poor, focused on cheap ingredients like philadelphia cheese and crab sticks. As for price, in other restaurants you can get a decent sushi set for the same money and get the best taste and professional execution.
The staff is really friendly though.

The waiting stuff members are very friendly and approachable. The meats are good. However, the rice is too starchy. Also, you cannot choose the choices of ice-cream. It depends on what they are going to give you, not what choices they have.
