Brews their own beer. Very friendly service. Food is OK. But they are beer bar first, so rating is adjusted as what it should be. Awesome place for craft beer!

We've stumbled across this place accidentally while walking around town looking for a meal. And it was a success! We had a sausage and ravioli with goat cheese. It was delicious! So good, in fact, we came back for another round :) the tea was also nice. The prices are somewhat higher than average, but the food is hot, tasty and freshly cooked, service is fine, and they speak English! Which is somewhat of a rarity in Hannover, it seems. The place is situated just across the street from palace, which I highly recommend visiting.

Meiers is our favourite place to enjoy a casual meal during our stays in Hanover. A relaxed cafe /beer garden style atmosphere. Great simple food, large portions, good service and pleasant surroundings it's nice to sit outside and watch the world go by on summer evenings. Excellent value. Super choice of beers and good wine selection in large glass fulls. They also brew their own beer which is very good. Recommended!
