When I'm in Hannover this is my place to stay. It's weirdly cheap because it offers great accomodations. There are some points of improvement though: rooms can be a bit noisy (depends on your neighbours), rooms can be a bit hot (airco doesn't always work that well), and cleaning should be better (was better two years ago). I would rather pay a bit more and have these issues solved, but its remains a very good hotel on an excellent location!

It's really annoying that hotels in Hannover increase prices so much during events, and that the price doesn't even include breakfast, and that the breakfast is also massively overpriced.
It makes me dislike every hotel that does this.

Too pricey for the size of the room, barely half a room with a staircase causing inconvenience to move around freely

Rooms and service are veruly food but parking is a minus, it happens that there is no space for all the guests

Hotel has a great location (close to old town and Maschsee) so great for exploring the city. Our room was also clean and spacious, although on the fifth floor the roof was partially slanted (it would have been good to be warned of this as we are both fairly tall!). Bar area is pleasant enough, we didn’t have breakfast or dinner here.
Overall, it was ok value for the price but I certainly wouldn’t consider it a 4* hotel. There were several small disappointments such as no conditioner, shower cap or moisturiser in the bathroom, poor quality hair-dryer, empty mini-bar (literally just a fridge) and no bath robes. To me, this makes it a 3* at best.
We also had an issue with putting drinks on the room if you had paid in advance. They required a credit card to be registered to the room first. This was quite annoying and could have been flagged during check-in. Alternatively, they could just trust customers to pay upon check-out.

I enjoyed my stay mainly because of the exceptional receptionists. With just a few minor upgrades the hotel could get full 5 stars from me.

Pro:
- Well trained, friendly and helpful staff.
- Modern look, clean rooms, good bathrooms.
- Great breakfast (although quite pricy)

Con:
- Small and simple beds in single rooms
- Terribly small parking garage impossible to navigate
- No water in sauna and fitness area (not even for sale)
