I don't like to write bad reviews as we had a warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist and we were given the WiFi password no problems and told that there was no rush to check out in the morning.

The trouble was that the room smelt badly of damp or dirty water. We couldn't work out why as the room was clean and tidy, as was the bathroom.

There was no WiFi reception in our room at all.. we had to go out into the hall to catch it.. which isn't ideal for checking train times and making travel plans for for next day of our trip around Germany..

There was a smart TV in the room but we could only watch normal TV. The shower was okay but not great and there was no shower gel provided. We did get a clean hand towel and a large bath towel.

The hotel is 2 stops from the city centre by underground. There is a netto supermarket around the corner for snacks and breakfast.

The hotel cost the same price / was more expensive than some of the nicer hotels we have stayed at in more expensive cities in Germany. It seemed a bit over price given the hotels that we could compare it with on this journey around Germany.

We had to sleep with the windows opened due to the damp smell buy as it was the middle of the summer this worked out okay.. since it was just for one night?

Friendly staff will greet you and help if you need. Very affordable cost! Clean and quite. Because of COVID precautions, we had to wear masks and the breakfast was not offered

This hotel is old fashioned and not very clean. Rooms are noisy. You can hear your neighbours sneeze. For one night it is ok to stay here but don't expect anything fancy. It is a bit over priced given the quality of the accommodation.

Nice small hotel. Suitable for max of 1 night as it doesnt have any facility. No elevator, no telephone, no internet. But the rooms are good and clean and neat. The location is 6 minutes away from a train station which is 2 stops away from central station. The service is very nice and the owners are the receptionists.. they are very hospitable and nice people where u feel at home.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet. Wifi did not work. Location next to Islam center which is kinda strange when booking a hotel in Hannover. No escalator
