I had been bike touring around Germany when my front pannier rack broke, I called the Bicycle Cafe where they sorted out a temporary fix free of charge, despite being so busy. Amazing service and great guys- thank you so much for your help and for allowing me to continue on my trip! I think the guy who helped me out was called Florian! Vielen danke!

Excellent job! They did it extremely quickly and so far no problems.

I had problems with my bicycle which I bought from a bigger company and even after going to the other company to fix my bicycle it was not done properly. Finally I arrived here and they changed the tire and tube of my bicycle and no punctures anymore. I am happy with their service. They do it quick and you get a text message when it is done.

Honestly I would now buy my stuff from smaller stores like this shop rather than go to a bigger company which does not care for their customers.
