Exceptional coffee and even better service. I regularly get whole beans here for brewing at home, and occasionally stop by for a cup as well. Never had a single complaint. The beans are probably the best in Hannover, and their technique is flawless too.
One time, a coffee I ordered was taking a while (which is completely understandable and expected, v60s take a while to make and doubly so during a busy time), and a member of staff came out to apologize, reassure me the coffee was coming soon, and even gave me a free cookie. I wasn’t going to complain if this wasn’t the case - again, v60s take a while - but this really made my day and showed how much the staff here cares about their customers.

Good prices and good beans, but they don't make the most of their beans. If they put some effort in their coffee extraction (not even the nerdy stuff with wdt or whatever, just ensure the right ratio and grind) they could be great.

I think this Cafe is perfect for hand brewed coffee lovers with different methods and beans. Also the cakes are delicious. Just near the Ubahn station, very easy to find..

I love their coffee! I have been going there every day. I also loved their banana bread but the carrot cake was a bit sweet for me.

Really nice roastery, great coffee, nice desserts, reasonable prices, clean design. Overcrowded though. Take-away is also possible.
