Great location close to the Hannover train station. Just the drunken homeless people around seem to be dangerous. Maybe not the best place to wait for a flixbus at night.

I think your company are very proud of the tittle worse costumer service, I have lost my wallet since Sunday, We drove from Paderborn to Hannover, bus number 059, 10:30-13:00, 16/09/ 2020.
I called and made a report, I was told to fill in a form I did that, and it said they have found something similar to the initials I indicated on the form, I was told I shouldn’t call or send email but they are going to email me after verifying, is 2 days since I lost my wallet, I don’t know how long will it take to verify, I have my ID, my credit card, and my monthly train ticket, this are important things I need in my life on daily bases. I had to even call my bank to block my card.
I left my bag in ICE train, I got it the next day, I called and confirmed what was in my bag and that was it. the most import thing is i knew the train number, the date and time I board the train, it was Easy and smooth.
Thank you Flixbus for making my life miserable.

The bus was half an hour late but still we arrived on time, and the rest of the trip was Very good. Comfortable couch, high speed internet and relaxing atmosphere inside the bus.
