It's feel like hotel or guesthouse and definitely not as stationar or hospital. Nice and helpful staff, doctors explain everything. Free wi-fi, comfortable bad. Also good kitchen, especially in Cardiology.

Exzellent! Ich war zwecks Ablation 3 Tage stationär auf Station H 5a. Es war einfach alles perfekt organisiert und alle Ärzte und das Pflegeteam waren stets freundlich und sehr kompetent. Ich habe noch nie so reibungslose Prozessabläufe in einem Krankenhaus erlebt. Dr Metzner und sein Team haben eine außerordentlich hohe Expertise und sind dennoch absolut menschlich und emphatisch. Ich kann diese Klinik absolut weiterempfehlen. Ach ja: WLAN im ganzen KH kostenlos vorhanden, Essen super frisch und gesund.

Ich war bereits 3 x im Herzzentrum in den vergangenen 12 Monaten. Ich wurde immer sehr freundlich empfangen. Auf meine Fragen wurde ausführlich eingegangen. Es herrschen leichte organisatorische Defizite: So wurde meine OP leider mehrmals verschoben. Jedoch jeder Mensch mit Sinn und Verstand hat Verständnis für Notfälle. Somit habe ich dies nicht sonderlich dramatisch gesehen. Das komplette Personal - von den Pflegekräften, Ärzten bis hin zu den Küchenpersonal haben es mir immer einfach gemacht, mich gut aufgehoben zu fühlen.
