Das gesamte Team ist echt super! Unseren ursprünglich vereinbarten Termin mussten wir leider krankheitsbedingt absagen. Der neue Termin kam nach der Genesung mehr als prompt! Nochmals vielen Dank für die schnelle Neu-Terminierung und die tolle Betreuung vor Ort! Macht weiter so… ;-) Ihr leistet einen so wichtigen und existenziellen Beitrag für unsere Kinder!

Since nothing was available in the nursery, we were transferred to the k2b ward and isolated. The entire team took great care of our son and also very kindly comforted me when I was upset. We had to stay two nights for observation and felt really comfortable. The nurses were all very, very nice and empathetic and the doctors were great too.

So far we have only been there with our older son for treatment and we were really satisfied there too

Addendum: Unfortunately, 3 weeks later we went there again with our baby. The little one had a triple infection. Once again we were very well looked after both in the emergency room and on the ward (this time K3)! We are very thankful that our little one is doing much better

Wir sind sehr dankbar. Unser knapp 5 Wochen alter Sohn bekam letzten Samstag Fieber. Wir sind dann mit ihm dorthin und wurden stationär aufgenommen. Da auf der Säuglingsstation nichts frei war, kamen wir auf Station k2b und wurden isoliert. Das gesamte Team hat sich super um unseren Sohn gekümmert und auch noch sehr lieb getröstet wenn ich mitgenommen war. Wir mussten zur Beobachtung zwei Nächte bleiben und haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Die Schwestern waren alle sehr sehr lieb und einfühlsam und auch die Ärzte waren toll.

Wir waren bis dato nur mit unserem größeren Sohn zur Behandlung da und auch da waren wir wirklich zufrieden

Nachtrag: leider sind wir 3 Wochen später erneut mit unserem Baby dort vorstellig geworden. Der kleine hatte einen dreifachen Infekt. Auch diesmal wurde sich sowohl in der Notaufnahme als auch auf Station (diesmal K3) sehr gut um uns gekümmert! Wir sind sehr dankbar unserem kleinen geht es schon viel besser
