Good location and great atmosphere but service was very lacking, we ordered only an orange juice and beer to start (after 10 mins of waiting) and waited another 10 to get it. All the time another worker was standing at the entrance and only pointed to the other workers when questioned, Didn't bother with food

Waited fifteen minutes for first beer and was poured nicely. Less wait time for second but this was result - well short of the .5l that I paid for. Staff is nice but not enough to overcome service. Cannot comment regarding food. Nice location.

We were there with five people and still the food came within 10 minutes!!!! Just incredibly fast!!!???????????? The location is Amazing
The service was very friendly and the food delicious. …SEE YOU AGAIN

I ordered a fish pizza. I cannot recall the exact name but it was something like surfs pizza. The name of the place was in it, so assumed it would be good. There wasn't that much fish on it and it was pretty tasteless.

Positive bits: my colleagues really enjoyed the burgers. Some burgers came with a potato alternative, apparently that was good too. I tried one of their cocktails, that was great!!

If you stick to the hamburgers this place should be great.

1-minute walk from Maritimes Museum main entrance, looking out at Hafencity promenade with cosy environment and big portion food. Definitely highly recommended as food prices are cheap and location is strategic. Staffs are friendly to help foreign tourists who do not understand their menu in German language.

Cheese Burger is so so.

I wanna warn everyone for this place!

From start to finish our male waiter was very rude to us. To a point that the waiter yelled at us. He did came back and "apologized"by saying that he would have punched my friend if she would be male because he had never encountered a woman speaking back to him.

It went like this:
1) We came there and he was already very annoyed and showing it.
2) We were ordering drinks and he didn't understand us so he sighed very hard (showing he was annoyed with us again)
3) While ordering he cut me off while talking because he couldn't keep up/understand us.
4) My friends eggs were not cooked properly (it was still very watery and it tasted watery as well - I tasted it too). We made a comment on this and then it escalated very quickly..

I unfortunately did not ready other reviews saying these things. I will never come back to such place as this. Even I know from experience (working in restaurants) this is not called service!
