Highly recommend if you are looking for a clean and quiet hotel in Hamburg.

The staff is very friendly.

The rooms are quite big and always clean. There is a small fridge with free drinks and sweets. The a/c is great on hot days. I felt that the rooms are very quiet.

Very friendly staff, nice restaurant, cozy rooms that offer a warm welcome during a particularly cold, wet and windy time in Hamburg.
Negative points it is very very noisy, the doors slam in to the lock almost all night and early morning. the room smelled of food from the restaurant and it could have been a little cleaner, there were footprints on the floor. All in all a great location but a little too pricey.

I discovered 25hour hotel in Copenhagen the week they opened the place. I really enjoyed the concept and the friendly Danish hospitality. So I decided to try this hamburg hotel. Got to the room and the first thing I noticed were stains all over the dark blue carpet. I then went downstairs for a bite and asked to sit outside. They were 3 open tables which I could also see from my room 243. (Later a couple sat in one and the other 2 remained open all evening) The waiter was very unfriendly and told me the tables were reserved. I told him I was staying at the hotel and asked for inside seating. He replied they were completely booked. It did not make sense because they were more than a dozen tables open. I then realized the restaurant was refusing to serve me. I complained to the guy at the reception but he did not make any effort to help and said he would document it for his colleague. I woke up next morning and left this hotel where I truly felt unwelcomed!

The price for a basement room was much too high! The service was quite slow and never checked how we enjoyed our stay!
When we checked in, front desk was more interested in a discussion about some accounting, instead of paying attention to the guests!
The room wasn’t clean -a lot of marks on the walls and we even found foreign hair in the bed….

I simply loved this hotel! It is cool and very welcoming and walking distance by very cool attractions ???????? Loved the city

Great and stylish place to stay. We had the XL room for one night, it was very spacious and cozy. There are nice products in the room, leaving bought the lavender shampoo I found under the shower. Fabulous breakfast and nice hotel bar. Only disadvantage seems to be limited parking (paid) but at the end we managed to find a spot.

25hours hotels are a good place to stay in every city they are represented in. Staff is friendly and uncomplicated. Rooms are
clean, extraordinary and special with enough reading material or other fun items to remember.
