Gorgeous small hotel for the prices!! Breakfast included and it was wonderful! Though we were supposed to check in later, we happened to arrive early and within minutes the room was made available for us! Great customer service! Rafi was wonderful to give us the directions and the places to visit. Went out of the way to accommodate us as a family as we liked the place same decided to come back once again the week later. Though it was full, we told them to accommodate us as we loved the place!! Pretty close to the train station and other attractions too. Walk across the bridge and you'll get to many other attractions!! Great place at a bargain price!!

Good position. Not too demanding as a place to stay. Breakfast is not so exciting but I am talking as an Italian guy traveling so I am very demanding here. Nice bathroom in the room. Receptionist is open 24 hours and they are there to help you if you need any help with directions, food or museum to visit

Bait and switch rip-off. I booked a triple room the Priceline for $101.00. I specified 3 people. I paid in advance. It was nonrefundable.

When we arrived the hotel clerk said the triple room had been reserved for a maximum of two people. He charged me another 50 euros before I could get the key.

We had to schlep our bags up two flights. The 3 of us had 2 towels and the night clerk was very rude when he brought us another towel.

I get the impression this hotel has cheated people before.

Good location, very close to Central railway station and shops.
The breakfast is poor, no hot food.
DO NOT GET ROOM NR. 3 unless you want all your belongings smell like kitchen!!! Horrible smell every morning and evening.
Get a room with windows to the backyard.
Very thin walls, can hear everything.

Breakfast was not good enough. My bed was broken. The room was ok, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The place is close to the train station making it a nice place if you just want to stay for a day. But the breakfast was really below expectations even at this rate.

The cleanliness is really awful, the drain pipe is fulled with hair, there is also hair in the cup, the toilet paper container is rusted and the smell 9f the bathroom is horrible.

Nice location, the central station is just a few hundred meters away. But still quiet. Friendly staff, which spoke great English. The only thing that was not satisfying was the breakfast.
