€1,20 extra for plant based milk - are you kidding me? I usually don’t go to Starbucks, but we were in a hurry so whatever. We ended up paying €14 for 2 small cappuccinos.

Worst java chip frappuchino and acai strawberry frapp ever had. Never going to visit Starbucks again. Please train your staff.

Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Unfriendly staff, loyalty is unknown and not wanted. Trying to pay by Starbucks app is apparently not possible, even they’re shown on the app. Take the Starbucks sign down if you’re not willing to give proper service.

They don't have mugs to drink there, all is takeaway. When I asked them to not use a plastic lid on my cup they said they have to give it to me for safety reasons. Ecologically, a complete nightmare! And yes, overpriced of course.

Quickly accessible for that long train trip, even early in the morning.
Although no option to use your Starbucks Card, and not a lot of seating options.

Maybe the worst Starbucks in Hamburg...Last week I tried to buy coffee and sth. The working guy seemed as he did not understand anything, nor try to help about simple things...His behavior was rude and unaceptable... I just had to give up what I was buying and left there...

I love Starbucks, am a gold member. But in this franchise the taste is different... and bad. I couldn't get past 2 sips of my 5€ coffee frappuccino. What a waste.

The service ladies look like they're in a very bad mood, maybe that's why.
