Nice, fresh and healthy, competitive prices and the most important part is that fast food doesn't necessarily have to mean trans fat and sugar

I was yesterday there 30 min before the shop closed. the costumer service was really kind and helpful it was a pleasure, the food tasted really fresh and healthy. I’m coming back soon!

I bought a salad to go to eat it in the train for dinner. They packed everything in a paper bag. Bread, napkins... but not a fork. Couldn’t eat the salad.

I wait to order meal but the salespeople ignore me. When I ordered that I heard they laugh me.
I think they are impolite and rough service. I met a lot of nice guys in Hamburg. Unfortunately they are not!
