As a German this tour was great, got to know many new things and the guide was very good, for my non-German speaking girlfriend the experience was terrible though. The audible guide was never on time, sometimes just stopped in the middle and then started with the next point. All in all i can recommend this tour for German speakers, for non-German speakers I’d recommend doing something else with your money.

Horrible service! We decided to get off the bus so we could change our kids diaper and make her fall asleep (which took 15 min). So when we wanted to take the next bus; we stood at the pick up spot, but to his surprise the driver never stopped, we walked after it but he decided to ignore us and NOT to pick us up. We then called to report this, but they said they were gonna call the driver and find out what happened, of course the driver said he did stop and that there was nobody at the pick up spot. So, he had to wait for the next bus; which showed up almost 15 min late. So, no . No way I can recommend this.

Ich war Anfangs skeptisch weil wir uns spontan entschieden haben. Aber ich muss sagen, es war super, unser Guide hat mit dem nötigen Hanseatischen Humor die Tour Live begleitet. Sowas ist deutlich angenehmer als die üblichen Bandansagen die man so kennt. Einziger Wermutstropfen, unser Bus war etwas älter und die Sitzposition nicht so angenehm, Hop-on/-off wurde Pandemie und Demo bedingt abgeraten. Hatte uns allerdings nicht gestört da wir am Abfahrtsort geparkt hatten.

Sehr enttäuschend. Wegen des Hafengeburtstags konnte der Bereich um den Hafen nicht abgefahren werden, das ist ja noch verständlich. Aber auch der Bereich um den Bahnhof und die Außenalster wurde nicht abgefahren. Reeperbahn auch nur sehr kurz und allgemein keine guten Erklärungen zu der Stadt. Dafür musste man trotzdem den vollen Preis von 19 Euro bezahlen....ist das Geld echt nicht wert.
