I never leave reviews, but that was worse than anything I have ever tried… No music, no ambience, 19 minutes for 2xFrench 75. The fries came out before the drinks. Marriott is usually a safe choice and a go to place no matter where in the world you are… apparently Hamburg Piano bar doesn’t count in that number. Spend my money on training please ;)

20 min to order a beer, another 20 min to be served.

A fantastic ambiance with a piano being played. Drinks are well made.

Tuesday night slow disinterested service with mediocre cocktails (I could have made a better old fashioned at home), music was too loud. The only positive was the bar was busy and the atmosphere didn’t feel sterile.

Excellent Burgers. We went on a Sunday at lunchtime, was quiet but service was good, drinks were cold and the burgers were amazing.

Service is horrible for the location and the price of the restaurant. Avoid this place at all costs. Forgot many orders and didn't even pick up the plates after we finished eating and ordered dessert. We had to do it ourselves. This place is such a joke.
