I have visited the shop few times. I have to say, the quality of the things they have in their showroom is good and durable. The velorreti bike I got from Made.com was really good and stylish. The people who work at the showroom were really friendly and informative. Overall I am happy with my experience with Made.com and for that reason 5 stars.

I ordered a bed, nightstand, desk, and highboard on 25 November 2021. after some delays, nightstand and desk were delivered. As for the bed and highboard, I was told that shipping company lost them, and they ordered another set. Later on they told that the bad cannot be delivered due to technical reasons, but the highboard will be delivered shortly. After that, they wrote me that the highboard cannot be delivered as well. In the meantime, both bed and highboard are available on their website, but at a considerably higher price. What I see here is that the company does not want to deliver the highboard for which a lower price was paid. However, this is a very bad approach, this means that they do not observe their obligations and thus cannot be trusted at all. They had my money in the amount of 749 Eur for the highboard and 429 Eur for the bed, from November to the end of January, meaning for three months. So they just used my money as a zero interest loan for three months. Now, what I am supposed to do? The highboard and the table (which was delivered), were supposed to be a set for my bedroom, now without the highboard, the table is useless. Unfortunately, the above situation completely ruined the company's reputation in my eyes, and I will never ever buy from you again and will advise the same to my friends.

The one star is for the delivery, which is carried out by Hermes. Things just get lost along the way or you do not get all the pieces you are supposed to get. The customer service is helpful and kind but the delivery times are so long…. Due to the production in China

DO NOT ORDER OR BUY FROM MADE
- pure fraud.
- will never deliver what you order
- extremely bad customer service that wont and can’t help you with where your order is, or cancel it.

Non existing customer service. I ordered an expensive bed from them and have asked them for help as part of it is broken for several months now, and am getting nothing but automated emails that they are very busy at the moment. The quality of the bed obviously isn't great as the same little plastic part keeps breaking.

The design is nice, but the service is really bad.

One order never arrived to us and after 22 days waiting and trying to get detailed information without success, we got the answer it would NEVER arrive and that the item can’t be replaced because it is now out of stock.

This review is not based on only this one experience.

Another order that was promised to arrive before Xmas is now delayed for at least 2 weeks, what is probably going to arrive after Xmas. This mean, fake advertising.

Even tough we got the money back of the item we brought and we will never get, we are lucky that we can still wait for the late delivery. But the frustration and the deception of had plan our home interior design with things that won’t ever arrive or are late to receive our family has no price.
