My friends were very happy with their stay, and the staff welcomed me to join them for breakfast the next morning. The hotel is super easy to get to, downtown but still comfortably away from the bustle. Recommended!

Clean rooms but small. Good breakfast. Close to subway station Berliner tor, it's one stop from central train station.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. It is about 20 min walk from the main street in Hamburg, yet it is quiet at night to sleep

Clean and comfy rooms. Breakfast buffet was yummy and wide options. Pool and sauna was closed due to covid situation. Over all it was a good.

Nice bed fairly quiet rooms, not to hard bed, nice shower with hair dryer and soaps included. Breakfast was nice a buffet menu. Car park also

Disappointing. The hotel is good located and the personnel was kind and that's all. We paid for a comfort room and expected a lot more.The hygiene was not very good, especially the toilet and the towels. I didn't take my own shampoo, body wash etc. because nowadays every hotel has.. here it was hand soap, shampoo and body wash in one, which is ridiculous. My boyfriend wanted to get a coffee, but they didn't have any, there was no mini bar in the room and no room service either.
