A cheap place to stay in Hamburg, clean, comfortable and not to far away from the city center! A quiet zone in which yo can stay with near access to S-Bahn (no kore than 6 minutes). A great value for money. I would have given 5 stars if it had had a shared kitchen to use :)

So strange system how to check in but in general it's a good budget hostel not far from the railway station an city centre. Recommend for staying :)

1. Chambres froides, pas assez chauffées, j'ai eu froid les trois nuits que jy suis restée. La couette étant trop courte en longueur et largeur (pourtant je ne suis pas grande ni obèse...) j'ai du dormir avec le manteau par dessus ou alors recroquevillée en chien de fusil.
2. Relativement bruyant. On a eu des voisins bruyants, malgré la demande de faire moins de bruits, on a compris que c'était très mal isolé du point de vu sonore.
3. Principal bémol, et pas des moindres: l'accueil ! On est arrivé vers 23h. Nous n'avions reçu aucun code pour accéder à la clé de la chambre. Impossible de joindre quelqu'un au téléphone, le numéro du site est erroné, sur place il n'y a personne, même pas un vigile. Le coin est glauque, personne aux alentours, on s'est dit qu'on allait devoir dormir dehors, dans ces conditions, alors que nous avions payé d'avance. C'est inadmissible. Le lendemain à l'accueil, pas une seule justification, pas d'excuse, pas même d'explication, pas de remboursement de la nuit, ils nous ont dit "ok". Ca ne me semble pas normal.

Conclusion cette chambre d'hôte est pas chère mais médiocre, ne vous attendez a rien de plus que ci dessus, je suis Globalement Très très déçue.

Es gibt keine Rezeption. An die Schlüssel für die Zimmer kommt man durch ein Zahlenschloss am Eingang. An sich coole Idee, die Umsetzung ist aber dumm wenn der 4-stellige Code aus KW und Zimmernummer besteht. Im obersten Stockwerk angekommen wird man von einem Haufen Müllbeuteln begrüßt. Bis zum Zimmer kommt man ohne einmal einen Schlüssel zu benutzen. Neben den Badezimmern ist ein Zimmer mit Bett, ohne Nummer, auf der einen Seite des Gebäudes und auf der anderen Seite ein Zimmer mit Putzkram, welche beide nicht abgeschlossen sind und somit einen Zugang über den Balkon zu den Fenstern der anderen Zimmern bietet. Das Zimmer ist muffig mit Dreck an den Wänden und Baumängeln, wie untapezierte Stellen und Löcher. Übrigens NICHT mit einem Schrank ausgestattet, entgegen der Beschreibung. Die Heizung funktioniert... so gut wie gar nicht. Das Bett ist ganz gemütlich, es wurde vorher gesaugt und geputzt, es gab frische, saubere Bettwäsche, einen schicken Lederstuhl, Tisch mit TV. Das Bad für die Männer kommt fast luxuriös daher, aber mit den üblichen Löchern in den Wänden. Das Bad der Frauen scheint in die Abstellkammer gezimmert worden zu sein. Winzig, ohne Fenster, mini spiegel, mini Spülbecken.

Fazit:
Wer keine großen Ansprüche hat und nur ein Dach überm Kopf sucht ist hier richtig. Frauen müssen auf Grund des Bades ihre Ansprüche nochmal eine Nummer runterschrauben. Traurigerweise kann jeder rein bis vor die Zimmertür oder -fenster und/oder sich den Code für die Schlüssel selbst zusammenreimen. Absolutes Katastrophe, was die Sicherheit angeht.
Ich bin trotz 3 gebuchter Nächte nach der 2. Nacht gegangen. Hab den Mief im Zimmer nicht ausgehalten. Den Schlüssel für das Zimmer muss man für den schnellen check-out einfach in einen Briefkasten neben den Bädern werfen.
Die Idee, ohne Rezeption, finde ich super. Die Umsetzung unterirdisch. Trotz schon niedriger Ansprüche, nicht nochmal.
