Came here to reserve the watch.
They took their time to explain everything to me and to make sure I understood everything correctly.
They have few tables where they work with their customer.
The workers there have decent knowledge of watches.

There are many places to buy a fancy watch in Hamburg but wempe is the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I had a good experience with these guys and will return next time I’m in town. Selection is limited everywhere globally so I’m not too too surprised they didn’t have all the models in stock (thanks for nothing Rolex ?) but they had a few more than other boutiques.

Went in today to get some consultation, but the lady who opened the door was very standoffish, and was rude. She just made me stand right at the door while others were entering and got assisted to. Giving one star as at least she tried to answer my questions half-heartedly.

Very rude staff that asked us some racists questions, coming from London it’s a shock that places like this still exist in a modern Germany. Avoid this place. Bucherer which is very close by has a better selection and friendly staff. Very bad representation of Hamburg

I went there because in their website they hugely advertise their maintenance services, even on watches produced by brands they do not sell, as well as their lab as the biggest one in North of Germany. The watch a brought there mounts a standard ETA 2671 movement and had a very common issue with the rotor. I told them everything but they even refused to open and take a look and just told me to bring it somewhere else where they sell that specific brand. Clearly disappointed and only a waste of time.
