Exceptional visit!
Just what we wanted plus more!
Very reasonable priced small hotel, super clean, quiet, unusual amount of amenities and niceties for this price point, location 5 minutes from train station and 3 minutes from the harbor and a great tasting hot/cold breakfast buffet (for only 8 Euros each!)
The staff was very friendly and accommodating too!
We will stay no where else when in Hamburg!

Ich war vergangenes Wochenende mit meiner Mutter in Hamburg in diesem Hotel. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Kein allzu großes Hotel. Schöne Zimmer, Sauberkeit top, schallisolierte Fenster (sehr belebte Gegend, hört man nicht mehr durch die geschlossenen Fenster), Kühlschrank mit Minibar, ein Safe und tolle Kosmetikartikel im Badezimmer. Das Hotel selbst befindet sich an den Landungsbrücken, also top Lage und hervorragende Verkehrsanbindung. Frühstück kann für insgesamt 11,-€ pro Person pro Nacht dazugebucht werden, was absolut empfehlenswert ist, denn das Frühstücksbuffet lässt das Herz höher schlagen, es lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Für den Preis habe ich mehr Leistung erwartet. Wir haben ein DZ mit zusätzlicher Schlafcouch reserviert da wir wie angegeben 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind waren. Für das Kind sollte zwar schön gezahlt werden, jedoch wurde im Hotelzimmer komplett übergangen das wir zu dritt sind. Die Schlafcouch war weder bezogen noch wurde für eine 3. Persönlich Bettwäsche bereit gelegt. Das Ganze erstreckte sich auch über Handtücher usw. Zimmer war ok, das Frühstück hat es wieder besser gemacht.
