The worst ticket service I've ever experienced. I bought a ticket for a concert, which was canceled and rescheduled for a later date because of Corona. I requested refund, and they stated that it would take 2-4 weeks. However, after one month, they informed me that they would not be able to refund my money and transferred my case to another company. When I contacted the new organization, they stated that they had no duty! (Anfrage#328857)
