Nice hotel, at a great place - the view is fantastic, the hotel is close to the harbor and where tourists want to be. Also public transport is not far. The rooms are neat, clean and quite. Everything one wants to have on a business trip, but also great for leisure travelling. Highly recommended!

This review is for the restaurant/bar not the hotel itself.
The interior of this restaurant is nicely done with a nice view over the St.Pauli Piers.
Prices are higher then the places near the hotel, but I guess that’s the price you need to pay to enjoy the views ????
Service needs improvement!! It wasn’t the worst but definitely wasn’t the best one!

Good place overall but the room was fairly warm and the single beds moved quite a bit. Not the best nights I had.

I was in the Elbkuppel room for a team event. This is an amazing place to be for the views of the river and ferry terminals and to see all other boats. Food was ok. The coffee was infact very good ????????. The small balcony made it even more special for the timeless views of the Kohlbrandbrücke, Hafen, Elbphilharmonie and all other amazing things near by. The location is connected to rest of the city with the Ferry terminal and the metro station in the neighborhood.

Hotel itself was nice and well located at the city center. It is a big hotel and the layout a bit confusing. Our room was quite small. The pillow was dreadful - way too thin. We chose not to have breakfast there, because 24 Euros per person is just too much.

The service u0026 facilities is very good and satisfied us during my stay.
Receptionist name Jan was so kind and take a very good care of us at the time of arrival
The hotel is familiar to taxi driver then it was easy to go by taxi

A very good hotel, right by the port of Hamburg and only five minutes from the Reeperbahn. The food is just as good as the staff is friendly. I will stay here again on my next visit to Hamburg or in the partner hotel "Empire Riverside".
