They didn't speak English. And the day we were there, was just for ladies, so I had to wait out until my wife use it.

This is the first hamam I tried in Hamburg and was quite disappointed with their service. The guy at reception were not friendly at all, with sour face and hardly open his mouth to reply questions.

The hamam service was disappointing but since it was our girls day out, we still had a good time relaxing and chatting. The heat stone area is good, you get to rest there before your masseuse call you for peeling/scrubbing and foam wash plus very little massage. The scrubbing, foam wash and little massage is not more than 15mins, not worth the money we paid! The masseuse even offer for head massage but payment must be made directly to her in the hamam area, not at the cashier. This is a real turned off.

After hamam, we get to rest again at the heat stone area and then clean up before we went to the rest lounge. We were served hot tea and the lady who served us were friendly, better than those masseuses who only want money.

Wonderful , flavorful food at reasonable prices. Great presentation. I would rate a 5, except for slow service.
