Decent price for the location.
The beds are not great. The washroom is tiny and the wi-fi is a bit slow.
But still recommend for the central location.

Service is very bad. They don’t consider their guests as guest at hotel, instead just want the money.

Internet does not work. I contacted the reception to look into it. They said they will check with their boss. When I try to meet the receptionist on 3rd day to ask for internet, he said he is the boss here.
He said - “I am the boss here, you can leave the hotel if you want”. I was polite but he was not. I don’t understand how does he manage his other guests.

Good thing about this hotel is only the location.

Scam hotel!! Please do not book here if you value your time, money and trip. The reception is only open 2-8 pm. If you arrive after 8 pm (even 8:05pm), you will be denied any accommodations, charged 99-300 euros and asked to leave. There are no exceptions (including delayed trains and no access to a phone to call which was my situation). There is graffiti on the outside, trash on the inside, and a very unprofessional and inconsiderate human being as the property manager. Run away friends.

Booking was cancelled 30 mins before arrival at the hotel. Because the Creditcard which was given was reissued by the bank and didn't check through. The hotel didn't try to contact me. After 6 hours of travel finally reaching Hamburg, this was quite the disappoint as they didn't have any rooms. The manager was very very rude. He didn't help finding an alternative solution. He just told me to get out! I would suggest to not to book at this hotel.

Room and bed very comfortable. Don't think you can find a closer facility to the center at a lower price. You are at 5 minutes from the center and have the entrance to the underground near the hotel

Excellent location and the rooms are very spacious and cosy.
