Very poor hotel, looks to have been last decorated in the days of the Kaiser. Uncomfortable at best and the staff give every impression of being deeply offended by your presence in the building. If you love paying over the odds for a bad room and abusive staff this is the ideal place for you, if not, you could find more hospitable doorways.

Very friendly staff, hotel seems a little old and so did the room. Has everything you would expect tho and is clean and quiet. Only missed a hair dryer and didn't have time to ask reception on the morning. Would come back again for a simple overnight stay.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms and Confortable beds.

The furniture is a bit outdated, and bathrooms are a bit ugly, so it might not be the most romantic hotel in Hamburg, but for a budget conscious tourist that wants cleanness and confort, it is a great value.

Highly recommended if you just want a good base camp in the city center.

Cheap and has an unbeatable location just off the Binnenalster and 5 minutes away from an ICE train station The rooms could do with a renovation though.

Great place, location is awesome, internet is good enough for 720p Netflix. Staff is nice and eager to help out if you need info.

Cool and central place to stay. Gteat restaurants below near meyro and walking distance to Central station.
